You looked to see if my room was complimentary, in other words, free. First, you didn’t need my room number to tell me that. Monday? Funny, they have plenty of availability for this day. The young lady behind the desk asks my room number and looks into the computer and then says” I’m sorry, we do not have any availability for late check out.” I asked availability for what? She replied to have the rooms ready for check-ins as soon as possible. The morning of my check out right before 6 am as I was going to my room I stopped at the hotel desk to ask about a late check out for noon. My dissatisfaction is that we stay up to gamble late. I did take advantage of my 3 complimentary nights which cost me at least $1300 per night. Won’t be back, I don’t recommend this place at all. Wasn’t happy when I got to my room and saw they gave me half of the dessert for the full $13 price. I only ordered it to go cause my daughter wasn’t allowed in cause she was under 21. It was supposed to come with ice cream, didn’t get it. Oh, I ordered dessert to go from one of the restaurants downstairs. The beds sank when you sat on them and I am not heavy. I’m was thankful I was only staying one night. View out the window is of the rundown parking lot and parking garage. The hallway carpet was absolutely disgusting with stains all over and very run down looking. Obviously the side they don’t care about. I got t all that for free a a nicer and cleaner Holiday Inn the night before. I laughed at the front desk staff member that told me that.

You’ll pay a $14 “resort fee” for free wifi and SELF serve parking.

I guess that goes with a casino environment. Inside it smells awful of cigars and cigarettes. Outside it is rundown and we were approached in the parking lot by a panhandler. I thought this place was average or below average.
